Transcript

I’m a Project Manager working for Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking in Paris.
I did my Electronics Engineering in DIPLOMO and thereafter I did my Bachelor of Science specialising in Computer Science in India.
After working as a consultant in Hewlett Packard implementing ERP packages, I always had a vision to join in an organisation which is a multinational company which gives me an opportunity to work in a different region.
Société Générale was my choice to join in Singapore and thereafter I moved to Société Générale Hong Kong where I had worked for 4 ½ years as a career from an Assistant Analyst to an Application Manager.

Société Générale international mobility programme has given me an opportunity to work in the Société Générale Paris office as a Project Manager.
I have a team of 6 people working with me, having different profiles of functional expertise in the PeopleSoft financial system and an expertise of a technical (nature) of the PeopleSoft financials with various technologies in addition to a PeopleSoft with an XML, with an ORACLE, with a Unix crypting.
We implement the PeopleSoft financials for most of the entities in Société Générale Investment and Corporate Banking.

We are also responsible for implementing the projects for non-SG CIB entities here in Europe.
Having been working as an expatriate in Société Générale Paris, I would be continuing in my current position for a few more years.
I would expect another interesting proposal to come from an international mobility programme of Société Générale to work in a different part of the world.
By looking at the way my career progressed in Société Générale, I strongly believe that the Société Générale Group gives an opportunity to expose your talents and to progress in your career.
